सत्ताईस वर्ष पूर्व 1999 में स्टेट बैंक में PO की नौकरी मिली और प्रयाग से तभी से बाहर हूँ। परन्तु विश्व में जहाँ कहीं भी गाता हूँ, प्रयाग वाली सुन्दर हिन्दी और उसी सम्मान से भरी भाषा का प्रयोग करता हूँ। अभी अभी प्रयाग के प्रति इसी श्रद्धा को मैं अनजाने में ही व्यक्त कर गया 20 फ़रवरी 2026 को भजन सम्राट पद्मश्री अनूप जलोटा जी, पद्म भूषण विश्वमोहन भट्ट जी, पद्मश्री मालिनी अवस्थी दीदी, पद्मश्री सोमा घोष दी, विदुषी अनुराधा पाल जी एवं संगीत और साहित्य के तमाम ग्रहों नक्षत्रों के सामने। हमेशा सुनते थे आप एक इलाहाबादी को इलाहाबाद से निकाल सकते हैं, पर इलाहाबाद को एक इलाहाबादी के अंदर से नहीं निकाल सकते। इति सिद्धम_। आपका अभिजीत
